Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) Priorities

Chicago’s Connected Communities Ordinance protects land within a 4-block radius of the Diversey ‘L’ station to promote dense, walkable neighborhood growth rather than car-centric or industrial infrastructure. Please evaluate the priority of each transit-centered option below:
