All Sales & Contributions Final: To maximize grassroots resources for active neighborhood advocacy, all purchases (including yard signs) and operational contributions are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Tax Status: The Diversey Community Coalition (DCC) campaign portal is operated via SNAPSHAZAM, LLC. Transactions and contributions support local zoning defense and community awareness but are not tax-deductible as charitable donations for income tax purposes.
Fulfillment: Physical items are for local neighborhood distribution. It is the buyer’s responsibility to coordinate local pickup or accept community block delivery. DCC is not liable for signs lost or damaged after delivery.
Limitation of Liability: All campaign materials are provided “as-is.” You agree to hold harmless the Diversey Community Coalition, its volunteers, and SNAPSHAZAM, LLC from any liabilities, claims, or injuries arising from the use or display of these materials. Governed by Illinois law.
